Return conditions
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. These conditions do not limit any rights available under applicable law for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
How to request a return
To request a return, cancellation or help with a defective, damaged or incorrect item, email [email protected] with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address. Do not send returns to an unconfirmed address. Never email payment-card details.
Refund outcome
We will communicate the outcome and applicable refund arrangements after reviewing your request. Approved payment refunds are processed through the original checkout payment method where available, subject to provider processing times and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by this policy.
